Smile with your eyes!

On Sunday, Steve and I met with our photographer, David Bibeault, for our engagement picture shoot. We (yes, even Steve!) had a good time! We had to practice our smiles and "look like we were in love," as Dave put it, and it was fun. Can't wait to see the results!

Whatever shall I wear?!

Rhode Island in late September is about as predictable as... well, it isn't. It could be gorgeous, in the 70s, and dry as a bone. Or we could freeze, or have a hurricane (it wouldn't be the first...!). The ceremony will be outside, on the grass, but if it rains/is otherwise blustery, it will all move indoors.

The groom and his men are wearing gray suits, and the bridesmaids are wearing knee length cocktail dresses. So, dress accordingly-- anything from a sun dress to a cocktail dress should do for women, while men should wear a jacket and tie.
